These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of 42s.gauravgoyal.in (the "Site"), operated by Forty Two Services ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting or using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About this Site
The Site is an informational website about Forty Two Services and the consulting services we offer. It is not a contract for services. Any engagement we enter with you will be governed by a separate written agreement (such as a Statement of Work or Master Services Agreement) signed by both parties. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer or commitment to provide services.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or these Terms;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its server, or related systems;
- Interfere with, disrupt, or place an unreasonable load on the Site (including via automated scraping, denial-of-service attempts, or vulnerability scanning without our written permission);
- Use the Site to transmit malware, spam, or unlawful content;
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us through the Site.
We may block, throttle, or take other technical measures against traffic that we believe violates these terms.
3. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, layout, design, code, images, and the Forty Two Services name and "42" mark, is owned by Forty Two Services or used with permission, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.
You may view and share links to the Site for personal or non-commercial informational purposes. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works of Site content without our prior written consent, except as permitted by law (for example, fair-use quotation with attribution).
Third-party names, logos, and trademarks referenced on the Site (for example, project names linked from the "Work" section) remain the property of their respective owners.
4. Links to third-party sites
The Site contains links to third-party websites (for example, LinkedIn, GitHub, and project pages). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. Following any external link is at your own risk and is governed by the terms and privacy policies of those sites.
5. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. 6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forty Two Services and its founder will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Site is limited to INR 1,000.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
7. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Forty Two Services and its founder from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
8. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect and how it is handled.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts at Delhi will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms.
